My wife and I are thoroughly impressed with the service we received from Jason Hafso of Realty Executives Challenge. We started looking for a house on our own and were finding it a real struggle to locate something that we liked. We were still skeptical about hiring someone as we did not know what kind of obligations that would bring with it.
Jason was great. He was pleasant, easygoing and not pushy at all. I felt very comfortable with him as my realtor. The most important part of all is he listened. The minute we changed our mind on what we wanted, he changed the houses he was showing us. Never once did he try to talk us into buying something or push us a certain direction. We only started seeing the houses we liked after we hired him as we gained access to the online search that the realtors get to see so it really sped up the process.
When it came down to purchase time, we couldn't have done it without his help. His knowledge of the industry and of the market is probably the only reason we ended up putting the offer in when we did and getting the house. We are so pleased with our new house and would recommend Jason to anyone. He made the purchase of our first home so much easier.
