How much do we charge?
The all-important question: how much do we charge? It seems like some people are almost afraid to answer that one.
Not us.
We know that the experience and service we offer, as well as the extensive marketing we do, is worth every penny of what we charge to sell your home. And in the off-chance we can't sell your home, there's no charge. Not a penny. It's that simple!
Are there less expensive alternatives? Well, we don't claim to be the least expensive option out there. But don't confuse "less expensive" with "saving money". You don't want to fall into the same trap as many sellers, using the Realtor who offers them the cheapest commission rate. You might save a few dollars of commission, but if your home sits on the market for months without an offer, then it has probably cost you more.
